CELLOPHONE NOODLE AND MANGO SALAD

Tadaaaaa...after long time no update....
This recipe is very easy and within 20 min2 is ready, also not much cholesterol, good for dieting :) 

Ingredients :-
Half packet of cellophone noodle, cook in boil water and after cooked, drain and put aside
Half of mango, cut stripe or dice
1 tomato, dice
1 cup tiger shrimp, cook for about 5 mins and drain

For sauce :
5-6 tsp fish sauce, or according to your taste
4-5 tsp lime juice
3-4 red chillie, blend
3-4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp shrimp paste

For garnish :
2-4 sprig coriander leave, chop

Mix all sauce ingredients and tasted it. Put noodle, mango, tomato, toss it and garnish with coriander. Ready to serve
