Warqa

Its Moroccan dessert, made from semolina flour and other ingredients...
The unique way of cooking is special because they using the big cooking pot's lid to cooked...and its very very thin pastry...
Since i dont have the big cooking pot, i use fillo pastry only...
Fry the pastry and cooked the custard and pour on the fry pastry and garnish with crush almonds...yummy delicious :))
