CHICKEN PAELA

CHICKEN PAELA

1 whole chicken and cut into two and clean the chicken - marinade with salt and pepper while
1 carrot, cut strip
1 cup rice, wash and drain the water
1 green pepper, cut strip
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic, chopped
1cm ginger, chopped
2 tbsp paprika
1 cup celery, cut strip
1 cup mushroom, optional
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper

1. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger until brown. 
2. Put the chicken and cook until brown.
3. Pour water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, carrot, celery, rice and green pepper.
4. Stir well and close the lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes or till the rice cooked.
5. Garnish with parsley and served hot.
